I was at work at the time. I got the news during lunch time. On the way home with an early leave, my dad still sobbing. He's in shock. He's so close with all his nieces & nephews. Seeing him today, I know he's having a hard time letting us go back to uni. Reminds me a few years back when I was having a hard time parting ways with him when my uncle passed away.
Almarhum was such a nice person. All I see was people talking good things about him. That's how a nice person he is. He's such a good son, brother, friend. Allah indeed loves him so much. I wonder how would my (one day) death means?? Would I leave this world as a good person? Or the opposite. Just like now, I'm trying to live with no regrets in the later days as well as being beneficial as I can. Hope that's enough.
In the graveyard, I said to my brother, if there's any chance I want to be a syahid so I can have the chance to take my loved ones to Jannah, I want to. If only. My other two brothers cried too. My sister was at her boarding school, so she's left out.
I pray I'll have a good ending. Husnul khatimah. Aamiin.
Life is short,
TGiaH
